Inspection and Acceptance

Inspection

The product shall be inspected by the supplier to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements of technical documents and fill in the quality certificate.

Acceptance

The buyer shall reinspect   the received products according to the requirements of the

technical data. If the   reinspection results do not meet the standards of the technical

data, the reinspection   results shall be submitted to the Supplier in written form, and

the two parties shall negotiate   for settlement.

According   to national and industry standards:

Problems related to outer   packaging and transportation should be given feedback

within   24 hours upon receipt of the product.

Any   objection indicating the quality and size   deviation shall be submitted within one month upon receipt of the   product;

Any objection to other   performance shall be raised within six months from the date

of receiving the product.

If arbitration is required, both parties shall take samples in the joint arbitration of

the demander.
